About us

Our first real-estate development company “Building Express” was founded in 1991. Until 2005, the company focuses mainly on developing investment projects in Sofia, Bulgaria. During that time, we created a stable working process, which to this day allows us to offer our customers short completion dates and finished products to the highest standards.

In 1997 we entered the Concrete industry, with the opening of a chain of concrete plants in Sofia, Bulgaria. This allowed full quality control of the concrete going into our projects. This, together with using concrete with superior strength capabilities, increased our quality standards to new heights.

In 2007, we opened several production facilities, each one being one of its kind in Eastern Europe, specializing in the production of Styrofoam, Sandwich Panels and Patented Construction Technology (ICF).

In 2008 begins our journey as partners with one of the leading chemical company’s- “BASF-Germany”. Following this, our operations expanded outside of Bulgaria and our production capabilities increased immensely.

In 2009, we successfully developed, a one of its kind, patent protected, Styrofoam palette (CP3 Standard) with wide usage in all industries around the world.

2010 is a key moment for us, when with the assistance from our partners at “BASF-Germany” and the Municipality of Sofia, we built the first experimental modular kindergarten in Bulgaria.

From 2011 onwards, we focus on the realization of numerous large-scale international investment projects, including:

-Minha Casa Minha Vida- Brazil

-Production facility for CP3 palettes- Manheim, Germany

-joint projects with Danaos Development LLC, Gazit Globe LTD, Ciment Kal JSC and others.

In 2017, we decided to focus on implementing monolithic modular construction in the majority of our upcoming projects, due to its superior capabilities over the well-known monolithic structure with bricks.

“MOLO” JSC was established in 2019, specializing in offering residential developments with superior design and build-quality, which are not currently offered on the Bulgarian property market.
